We have been running servers for other people for 11 years. The team is small on purpose: four engineers, no sales department, and the person who answers the ticket is the person who fixes the box.

How we work

Every change is written down before it is applied, every host is rebuilt from configuration rather than repaired by hand, and every backup is restored on a schedule so that "we have backups" is a measurement and not a hope.

Where the machines are

Two facilities, independent transit and power, connected by a private link. Customer data stays in the region it was created in unless you ask otherwise.
